Schedule of Application
The latest application period for the Geologist Licensure Examination(GLE) was from August 21, 2025 to October 20, 2025.
- GLE Opening of Application: August 21, 2025
- GLE Deadline of Application: October 20, 2025
Following with the Important schedule which are the Exam Date and Target release of result:
- GLE Examination Date: November 19, 20 & 21, 2025
- GLE Target Release of Result: November 24, 2025

Requirement for Filing the Application
Kindly take note of the complete list of requirements outlined below, which must be submitted in order to successfully complete the application process.
First Timer:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- PSA Marriage Certificate/Contract (for married female applicants
- TOR with scanned picture and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes”
- NBI Clearance (must be valid for at least 6 months as of the date of filing of the examination application)
- College Diploma
- Latest Community Tax Certificate
Repeaters:
- NBI Clearance (must be valid for at least 6 months as of the date of filing of the examination application)
For foreign nationals:
- Copy of the national law or international treaty, agreement or covenant to prove reciprocity for the practice of Geology between the Philippines and his/her country as provided under Section 33 of RA No. 10166
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate/Contract (for married female applicants)
- Copy of passport data page or any equivalent document to establish citizenship College Diploma and Transcript of Records with scanned picture
- Certificate of Good Moral Character to be issued by any of the following: employer, school/college/university or any competent authority acceptable to the Board
* (All official documents that are issued or executed abroad must be authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/Consulate/Legation in the State or country where they are issued or executed. An Apostille Certification issued by the foreign competent authority responsible for the implementation of the Apostille Convention is sufficient. The document must also be accompanied by an official English translation, if applicable.)
Repeaters:

Step 1: Make Sure You’re Ready to Apply
Before starting your application, check if you meet the basic qualifications:
- ✅ You’re a Filipino citizen
- ✅ You’ve completed a Bachelor of Science in Geology or a related course
- ✅ You’ve gathered all the required documents (see Step 2!)
- ✅ The GLE application schedule is open (check the schedule application above!)
- If you answered YES to all of these, you’re good to go!
Step 2: Prepare These Documents and Requirements
Get your documents ready! You’ll need both digital copies (for online upload) and printed copies (for PRC submission).
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Transcript of Records (TOR) with your photo and the remark: “For Board Examination Purposes”
- PSA Marriage Certificate (if you’re a married female)
- Valid NBI Clearance (first-timers and repeaters)
- Proof of a Bachelor of Science in Geology degree
- ₱900 for the application fee (plus ₱20 if you pay digitally)
Step 3: Create or Log In to Your PRC LERIS Account
Go to the PRC online portal:
