Schedule of Application

The latest application period for the Agriculturist Licensure Examination(ALE) was from August 11, 2025, 2025 to October 10, 2025.

  • ALE Opening of Application: August 11, 2025
  • ALE Deadline of Application: October 10, 2025

Following with the Important schedule which are the Exam Date and Target release of result:

  • ALE Examination Date: November 10, 11 & 12, 2025
  • ALE Target Release of Result: November 19, 2025

Requirement for Filing the Application

  1. PSA Birth Certificate
  2. PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
  3. TOR with scanned picture and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes” (First Timers and Repeaters)
  4. Valid government-issued ID(First Timers and Repeaters)
  5. Two (2) Certificate of Good Moral Character from any of the following:
    • Barangay
    • School
    • Church
    • Employer
  6. Payment: P900.00 – complete
  7. Additional Requirements: Ombudsman Clearance (for government employees) After three (3) failures – six (6) months of REFRESHER COURSE (certification under oath)
  8. Payment:  P900.00 – complete
    •  P450.00 – conditioned/removal

Note: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (BSA) degree, or related Baccalaureate Program from school, college, or university accredited or recognized by the government, requiring the minimum nine basic subjects in agriculture, namely: two crop science subjects, two crop protection subjects, two animal science subjects, one soil science, one agricultural economics and marketing and one agricultural extension and communication subject, or their equivalent; Provided, that a Filipino citizen who graduated from a foreign educational institution who graduated from a foreign educational institution desiring to take the licensure examination for Agriculturist shall be required to have enrolled and passed any of the afore-mentioned courses or their equivalent duly certified by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

Step 1: Make Sure You’re Ready to Apply

Before starting the application, check if you meet the basic qualifications:

  • ✅ You’re a Filipino citizen
  • ✅ You’ve completed a degree in Agriculture or a related course
  • ✅ You’ve gathered all the required documents (see Step 2!)
  • ✅ The exam schedule is already announced by PRC (check the schedule of application above!)

Step 2: Prepare These Documents and Requirements

Get your documents ready both digital copies (for uploading) and printed ones (for your PRC appointment).

Required Documents:

  1. PSA Birth Certificate
  2. Transcript of Records (TOR) with scanned picture and the remark: “For Board Examination Purposes”
  3. PSA Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants)
  4. Valid NBI Clearance (for first-timers and repeaters)
  5. Application Fee: ₱900
