Schedule of Application
The latest application period for the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination (CPALE) was from July 15, 2025 to September 15, 2025.
- CPALE Opening of Application: July 15, 2025
- CPALE Deadline of Application: September 15, 2025
Following with the Important schedule which are the next batch Exam Date and Target release of result:
- CPALE Examination Date: October 24, 25 & 26, 2025
- CPALE Target Release of Result: November 04, 2025
Knowing this dates is necessary to make sure you don’t apply too early or too late, help you prepare for the exam, and let you know when to expect your results.
Requirement for Filing the Application
This are the following required documents and qualifications for taking the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Licensure Exam.
- Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate
- PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
- Transcript of Records (TOR) with scanned picture and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes” (First Timers and Repeaters)
- Valid National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance (First Timers and Repeaters)
*After 2 failures the examinee must submit a refresher course TOR taken from a School which is duly accredited by the BOA to offer refresher course.
*The TOR must be subscribed and sworn to by the School registrar or authorized School. The Refresher TOR is only valid for 2 years from date of issue.
- For Conditional Examinees Conditioned/Removal Examination – to be taken within two (2) years from the date of examination.
- Payment: P900.00 – complete
- ₱450.00 – conditioned/removal

How to Apply for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Board Exam
Ready to take the CPA Board Exam? Let’s make your application easy and hassle-free. Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Check If You’re Ready to Apply
Make sure you meet these requirements before applying:
- ✅ You’re a Filipino citizen
- ✅ You have a Certified Public Accountant degree
- ✅ If you’re a married female, you have your Marriage Contract ready
- ✅ You have a PSA birth certificate
- ✅ You have your Transcript of Records (TOR) with a scanned picture and the remark: “For Board Examination Purposes”
- ✅ You have a valid NBI Clearance (for both first-time and repeat applicants)
- ✅ The application period for the CPA exam is open (check the application date above!)

Step 2: Prepare These Documents
Get these ready in both digital copies (for online upload) and printed copies (for your PRC appointment):
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA).
- Marriage Contract (only for married female applicants)
- Transcript of Records (TOR) with your photo and the remark “For Board Examination Purposes”
- Valid NBI Clearance
- Payment for the application fee: ₱900 (complete payment)
Step 3: Create or Log In to Your PRC LERIS Account
Go to the official PRC online portal:

- Register a new account if you don’t have one
- Or log in if you already have an account

Step 4: Apply Online for the CPA Exam
Once logged in:
- Click Examination
- Choose Certified Public Accountant as your exam
- Select your exam date and preferred PRC testing center
- Upload your scanned documents
- Schedule your appointment
- Pay the ₱900 application fee through GCash, Maya, LandBank, or over-the-counter

Step 5: Go to the PRC Office for Final Verification
On your appointment day, bring:
- Printed Application Form
- Originals and photocopies of all your documents
- A valid government-issued ID
- ₱21 for documentary stamp
- ₱30 for metered mailing envelope
At the PRC office, they will verify your documents. If everything is correct, you will receive:
