Schedule of Application

The latest application period for the Nutritionists-Dietitians Licensure Examination (NDLE) was from August 07, 2025, 2025 to October 06, 2025.

  • NDLE Opening of Application: August 07, 2025
  • NDLE Deadline of Application: October 6, 2025

Following with the Important schedule which are the next batch Exam Date and Target release of result:

  • NDLE Examination Date: November 06 & 07, 2025
  • NDLE Target Release of Result: November 11, 2025

Requirement for Filing the Application

This are the Listed Requirements make sure to prepared all the necessary documents.

First-Timers: 

  1. PSA Birth Certificate (subject to the provisions of RA No. 11909 on birth certificates issued by the NSO and local civil registries) – – Original and Photocopy
  2. PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants unless maiden name is preferred to be used) – – Original and Photocopy
  3. TOR with scanned picture and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes” – Original and Photocopy
  4. Valid NBI Clearance – Original 

Repeaters: 

  1. PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants, if applicable) – – Original and Photocopy
  2. Valid NBI Clearance – Original 

A repeater examinee/applicant shall no longer be required to personally file his/her application and submit copies of Transcript of Record and PSA Birth Certificate to the PRC Regional Offices (PRC ROs) and PRC Service/Offsite Centers, provided, that the repeater examinee/applicant meets all the following conditions: 

  1. Examinee/applicant from April 2012 – Present;
  2. Examinee/applicant has the same/exact name (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name) from previous application/s; and
  3. Examinee/applicant is with the same course and is taking the same examination. 

Special Requirements:

  1. Conditioned/Removal examination – to be taken within two (2) years after the last examination.
  2. For degrees taken abroad – a Certificate of Equivalency from the CHED. All official documents that are issued or executed abroad must be authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/Consulate/Legation in the State or country where they are issued or executed. An Apostille Certification issued by the foreign competent authority responsible for the implementation of the Apostille Convention is sufficient. The document must also be accompanied by an official English translation, if applicable.

Examination Fee: P900.00 – complete

P450.00 – conditioned / removal

How to Apply for the Nutritionists-Dietitians Board Exam

Ready to take the Nutritionists-Dietitians Licensure Examination (NDLE)? That’s awesome! Let’s walk you through the process ste p by step so your application goes smoothly.

Step 1: Make Sure You’re Ready to Apply

Before you start, check if you meet these qualifications:

  • ✅ You’re a Filipino citizen
  • ✅ You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
  • ✅ You’ve collected all the needed documents (see Step 2!)
  • ✅ The PRC has opened the application period (check the application schedule above!)

If you answered YES! to all the above, you’re good to go!

Step 2: Prepare These Documents and Requirements

Time to gather your documents. You’ll need digital copies for uploading online and printed copies for your PRC appointment.

For All Applicants:

  1. PSA Birth Certificate
  2. Transcript of Records (TOR) with your photo and the remark: “For Board Examination Purposes”
  3. NBI Clearance (for both first-time takers and repeaters)
  4. Valid PSA Marriage Certificate (only if you’re a married female)
  5. Payment: ₱900 application fee (add ₱20 if paying online)

📌Tips: Make sure your payment method (GCash, Maya, LandBank, etc.) has enough funds!

Step 3: Create or Log In to Your PRC LERIS Account

Go to the official PRC website:
Click here; https://online.prc.gov.ph

  • New user? Click “Register” to create an account.
  • Already have one? Just log in.

📌 Tips: Your details must match your documents exactly.

Step 4: Apply for the NDLE Online

Once logged in:

  • Click “Examination”
  • Select “Nutritionist-Dietitian” as your exam
  • Pick your preferred exam date and PRC testing center
  • Upload all your required documents
  • Set your appointment schedule
  • Pay the ₱900 application fee online

Step 5: Visit the PRC Office for Final Verification

On your appointment day, bring these:

  • Printed Application Form
  • Original and photocopies of all required documents
  • A valid government-issued ID
  • ₱21 for documentary stamp
  • ₱30 for metered mailing envelope

At the PRC office, they’ll review your documents. If all is good, you’ll receive your:

  • ✅ Notice of Admission (NOA)
  • ✅ Program of Examination
  • Mailing envelope
