Schedule of Application
The latest application period for the Licensure Examination for Architects (LEA) was from March 10, 2026, to May 11, 2026.
- LEA Opening of Application: March 10, 2026
- LEA Deadline of Application: May 11, 2026
Following the important schedule are the exam date and the target release of results:
- LEA Examination Date: June 08 & 10, 2026
- LEA Target Release of Result: June 16, 2026

Requirement for Filing the Application
Below are the official requirements you need to prepare for your Architect Board Exam application.
- PSA Birth Certificate
- PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
- College Diploma with indication therein of date of graduation and Special Order Number, unless it is not required (First Timer)
- Baccalaureate Transcript of Records with indication therein of date of graduation and Special Order Number, unless it is not required
- Valid NBI Clearance (First Timers and Repeaters)
- Accomplished two (2) years of Diversified Architecture Experience after graduation (Downloadable or Digitized Logbook)
- Affidavit of Experience signed and sealed by a registered Architect-Mentor’s with updated Photocopy of Professional Identification Card (PIC), Professional Tax Receipt (PTR), Integrated Accredited Professional Organization of Architects (IAPOA) number (First Timers)
- Payment: P900.00 – complete
Note: An Applicant holding a Master’s Degree in Architecture from a school, college, university, or institute recognized by the government shall be credited one (1) year in his/her practical experience.

How to Apply for the Architect Board Exam

Step 1: Make Sure You’re Ready to Apply
Before starting the application, check if you meet the basic qualifications:
- ✅ You’re a Filipino citizen
- ✅ You’ve completed a Bachelor of Science in Architecture or a related course
- ✅ You’ve gathered all the required documents (see Step 2!)
- ✅ The exam schedule is already announced by PRC (check the schedule of application above!)

Step 2: Prepare These Documents and Requirements
Get your documents ready both digital copies (for uploading) and printed ones (for your PRC appointment).

- PSA Birth Certificate
- Transcript of Records (TOR) with scanned picture and the remark: “For Board Examination Purposes”
- PSA Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants)
- Valid NBI Clearance (for first-timers and repeaters)
