Schedule of Application
The latest application period for the Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE) was from June 11, 2026, to August 12, 2026.
- CELE Opening of Application: June 11, 2026
- CELE Deadline of Application: August 12, 2026
Following the important schedule are the exam date and the target release of results:
- CELE Examination Date: September 26 & 27, 2026
- CELE Target Release of Result: October 02, 2026
Knowing this dates is necessary to make sure you don’t apply too early or too late, help you prepare for the exam, and let you know when to expect your results.
Requirement for Filing the Application
Below are the required documents you need to prepare. Please review the full list carefully before starting your application to ensure a smooth process.
First Timer:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
- TOR with scanned picture and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes”
- Valid NBI Clearance
- Two (2) Certificate of Good Moral Character from any of the following:
- Barangay
- Church
- School
- Employer
- Payment: P900.00 – complete
Repeater:
- PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
- Valid NBI Clearance
- Two (2) Good Moral Character Certificates for Repeaters
- Payment: P900.00 – complete

How to Apply for the Civil Engineers Board Exam(CELE)

Step 1: Make Sure You’re Ready to Apply
Before you start, let’s check if you’re qualified:
- ✅ You’re a Filipino citizen
- ✅ You’ve finished a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- ✅ You have all the required documents ready (see Step 2!)
- ✅ The PRC has opened the application schedule (check our schedule application above!)
If you said YES to all, you’re good to go!
Step 2: Prepare These Documents and Requirements
Time to gather your documents! You’ll need digital copies (for uploading) and printed copies (for submission at the PRC office).
For All Applicants:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Transcript of Records (TOR) with photo and the remark: “For Board Examination Purposes”
- Valid NBI Clearance (for both first-timers and repeaters)
- Payment: ₱900.00 (application fee)
- PSA Marriage Certificate (only if you’re a married female)
📌Tips: Make sure your digital payment app (GCash, Maya, etc.) has enough balance — there’s also a ₱20 service fee for online payments.
Step 3: Create or Log In to Your PRC LERIS Account
Go to the official PRC online portal:

If you don’t have an account, register for one.
If you already have one, just log in.

Step 4: Apply for the Civil Engineering Exam Online
Once you’re logged in:
- Click “Examination”
- Choose “Civil Engineer” as your profession
- Select your preferred exam date and testing center
- Upload your scanned documents
- Set your PRC appointment
- Pay the ₱900 fee via your chosen payment method
💡 Reminder: After payment, download and print your Application Form you’ll need this for your PRC visit.
Step 5: Go to the PRC Office for Final Verification
On your scheduled appointment, bring:
- Printed Application Form
- Original and photocopies of all your documents
- A valid government-issued ID
- ₱21 for documentary stamp
- ₱30 for metered mailing envelope
At the PRC office, they’ll check your papers. If everything is complete, you’ll receive:

- ✅ Program of Examination
