The latest application period for the Metallurgical Engineering Licensure Examination(MELE) was from July 24, 2025 to September 22, 2025.

  • MELE Opening of Application: July 24, 2025
  • MELE Deadline of Application: September 22, 2025

Following with the Important schedule which are the Exam Date and Target release of result:

  • MELE Examination Date: October 21, 22 & 23, 2025
  • MELE Target Release of Result: October 27, 2025

Requirement for Filing the Application

To apply for the Licensure Examination for Metallurgical Engineering(MELE), make sure you have the following:

First Timer:

  1. PSA Birth Certificate
  2. PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
  3. TOR with scanned picture and SO No. (unless not required) and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes”
  4. College Diploma with indication therein of date of graduation and SO Number (unless not required)
  5. Valid NBI Clearance
  6. One (1) Certificate of Good Moral Character from any of the following:
    • Barangay
    • Church
    • School
    • Employer
  7. Payment: ₱900.00
  8. In case of foreign applicants, refer to Section 35 of this IRR of RA 10688 (The Metallurgical Engineering Act of 2015) for additional documents or other reasonable documents the Board may require

Repeater:

  1. PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
  2. Valid NBI Clearance
  3. Payment: P900.00

Step 3: Create or Log In to Your PRC LERIS Account

Click here: https://online.prc.gov.ph

  • If you don’t have an account, register now.
  • If you do, just log in.

Step 4: Apply Online for the Metallurgical Engineering Exam

  1. Click “Examination
  2. Select “Metallurgical Engineering” exam
  3. Choose your exam date and testing center
