The latest application period for the Ocular Pharmacologist Licensure Examinations(OTLE) was from July 03, 2025 to September 01, 2025.
- OTLE Opening of Application: July 03, 2025
- OTLE Deadline of Application: September 01, 2025
Following with the Important schedule which are the Exam Date and Target release of result:
- OTLE Examination Date: October 01, 2025
- OTLE Target Release of Result: October 14, 2025

Requirement for Filing the Application

- Doctor of Optometry
- NSO / PSA Birth Certificate
- NSO / PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
- Transcript of Records with scanned picture and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes”
- Payment: P1,500.00 *Original & photo copy of Board Certificate & Professional License as Optometrist
- *Certification the he/she has completed the Special Pharmacology Course (graduate prior to 1999); Certificate of Attendance and Diagnostic Pharmaceutical agents reflected
*AFTER THREE (3) FAILURES, REFRESHER COURSE IN AN ACCREDITED LABORATORY (FTB)

How to Apply for the Ocular Pharmacologist Board Exam(OTLE)

Step 1: Check If You’re Ready to Apply
