Schedule of Application
The latest application period for the Psychometricians Licensure Examination (BLEPP) was from May 06, 2026, to July 06, 2026.
- BLEPP Opening of Application: May 06, 2026
- BLEPP Deadline of Application: July 06, 2026
Following the important schedule are the exam date and the target release of results:
- BLEPP Examination Date: August 19 & 20, 2026
- BLEPP Target Release of Result: August 27, 2026

Requirement for Filing the Application
Below are the required documents you need to prepare. Please review the full list carefully before starting your application to ensure a smooth process.
First-Timer:
- Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate
- PSA Marriage Contract/Certificate (for married female applicants)
- TOR in “Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology” (AB/BS) with scanned picture and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes”. The TOR should further indicate completion (with sufficient credits) of the four (4) subjects as required by Law: Developmental Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and Psychological Assessment (First Timers and Repeaters)
- CAV for those who graduated from Autonomous/Deregulated Schools and TOR without S.O. Number.
- National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance (valid for at least six (6) months as of the date of filing of the application).
- Three (3) Certificates of Good Moral Character, preferably from school (faculty teaching major course duly noted by Department Chair, Discipline or Student Affairs Officer), employer or Guidance Counselor, duly signed by the issuing authority and under oath.
Other Requirements:
- Certificate of Equivalency from CHED Office of Standards & Programs through the Technical Committee for Psychology Education, if Applicant –
- completed his degree program in Psychology from a school outside the Philippines
- completed a seemingly equivalent innovative program approved by CHED but may not have sufficiently met the required PSG for Psychology Education
- took subjects with different title but allegedly the same in content as those specified in the IRR
Repeaters: (Special Requirement/s)
- TOR in “Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology” (AB/BS) with scanned picture and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes”. The TOR should further indicate completion (with sufficient credits) of the four (4) subjects as required by Law: Developmental Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and Psychological Assessment

Step 1: Make Sure You’re Ready to Apply

Step 2: Prepare These Documents and Requirements

For All Applicants:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Transcript of Records (TOR) with your photo and the remark: “For Board Examination Purposes”
- PSA Marriage Certificate (if you’re a married female)
- Valid NBI Clearance (for both first-timers and repeaters)
- Application Fee: ₱900

Step 4: Apply for the Psychometricians Board Exam Online

- Pay the ₱900 application fee via GCash, Maya, LandBank, or over-the-counter
