The latest application period for the Social Worker Licensure Examination (SWLE) was from June 11, 2026, to August 12, 2026.
- SWLE Opening of Application: June 11, 2026
- SWLE Deadline of Application: August 12, 2026

- SWLE Examination Date: September 09, 10, & 11, 2026
- SWLE Target Release of Result: September 16, 2026

Requirement for Filing the Application

- Transcript of Records with scanned picture, S.O. No. (unless exempted) and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes”;
- Original and photocopy of National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance;
- Certificate of 1,000 Case Hours of Supervised Field Instruction signed by the Agency Field Supervisor (AFS) or Faculty Supervisor (in the event that the AFS is not available or has no valid PRC license), and further certified by the current Field Instruction Coordinator or current Head of the Social Work Program who must have an updated Professional Identification Card (PIC); and
- Payment: 900 – complete.
For Repeaters:
- Original and photocopy of NBI Clearance; and
- Certificate of 1,000 Case Hours of Supervised Field Instruction signed by the Agency Field Supervisor (AFS) or Faculty Supervisor (in the event that the AFS is not available or has no valid PRC license), and further certified by the current Field Instruction Coordinator or current Head of the Social Work Program who must have an updated PIC.

Step 1: Check If You’re Ready to Apply
Before you begin, make sure you meet all the qualifications:
- ✅ You are a Filipino citizen
- ✅ You have a degree in Bachelor of Science in Social Work
- ✅ You have all the required documents (see Step 2 below!)

Step 2: Prepare These Documents and Requirements
Now, gather your documents. You’ll need both digital copies (for online upload) and printed copies (for submission at PRC).
For All Applicants:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Transcript of Records (TOR) with your picture and the note: “For Board Examination Purposes”
- Valid NBI Clearance (for first-timers and repeaters)
- PSA Marriage Certificate (if you’re a married female)
- Payment of ₱900.00 (plus a small service fee if paying online)
