The latest application period for the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination (REBLE) was from January 16, 2026 to March 17, 2026.
- REBLE Opening of Application: January 16, 2026
- REBLE Deadline of Application: March 17, 2026

How to Apply for Real Estate Broker Board Exam

Step 1: Make Sure You’re Qualified to Apply
Before you start your application, check if you meet the requirements:
- ✅ You’re a Filipino citizen
- ✅ You have a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BSREM) degree
- ✅ You’ve prepared all the required documents (see Step 2 below!)

Step 2: Prepare These Documents and Requirements
Now it’s time to gather your documents. You’ll need digital copies (for online upload) and printed ones (for submission at the PRC).
For All Applicants:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Transcript of Records (TOR) with scanned photo and the remark: “For Board Examination Purposes”
- Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management diploma
- Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants only)
- Valid NBI Clearance (for both first-timers and repeaters)
- Payment: ₱900 application fee
