Schedule of Application

The latest application period for the Speech-Language Pathologist Licensure Examination (SLPLE) was from August 14, 2025, 2025 to October 06, 2025.

  • SLPLE Opening of Application: August 14, 2025
  • SLPLE Deadline of Application: October 13, 2025

Following with the Important schedule which are the Exam Date and Target release of result:

  • SLPLE Examination Date: November 13 & 14, 2025
  • SLPLE Target Release of Result: November 17, 2025

Requirement for Filing the Application

Below are the following Requirements needed ensure that all the required documents listed below are prepared prior to your application.

  1. Notarized Application Form;
  2. Birth Certificate from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA);
  3. PSA Marriage Certificate/Contract (for female married applicants);
  4. College Diploma and Transcript of Records (original or authenticated, with scanned picture and remarks: “For Board Examination Purposes”);
  5. Certificate of Completion of the ten (10) months of internship signed by the Dean and Registrar with school seal;
  6. National Bureau of Investigation Clearance; and
  7. Other documents that may be required by the Board.

For Repeaters:

• Original NBI Clearance (valid 6 months from the date of filing of the application)

For foreign nationals:

  1. Notarized Application Form (Annex A);
  2. Copy of the national law or international treaty, agreement or covenant to prove reciprocity for the practice of Speech-Language Pathology between the Philippines and his/her country as provided under Section 34 hereof
  3. Birth Certificate;
  4. Marriage Certificate/Contract (for married female applicants);
  5. Copy of passport data page or any equivalent document to establish citizenship;
  6. College Diploma and Transcript of Records with scanned picture;
  7. Certificate of Good Moral Character to be issued by any of the following: employer, school/college/university or any competent authority acceptable to the Board; and
  8. Other documents that may be required by the Board.

For degrees taken abroad, the applicant has to submit also a Certificate of Equivalency from the CHED.

Step 1: Make Sure You’re Ready to Appy

Before starting your application, check if you meet these basic qualifications:

  • ✅ You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a PRC-recognized school
  • ✅ You’ve gathered all the required documents (see Step 2!)
  • ✅ The SLPLE application schedule is open (check the schedule application above!)

Step 2: Prepare These Documents and Requirements

Time to gather your documents! Prepare both digital copies (for online upload) and printed copies (for submission at the PRC office).

Required Documents:

  1. PSA Birth Certificate
  2. Transcript of Records (TOR) with scanned picture and the remark: “For Board Examination Purposes”
  3. Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  4. PSA Marriage Certificate (only if you’re a married female)
  5. Valid NBI Clearance (for both first-time takers and repeaters)
  6. Payment: ₱900 application fee

Step 3: Create or Log In to Your PRC LERIS Account

Go to the PRC’s official online portal:

Step 4: Apply for the SLPLE Online
