The latest application period for the Radiologic Technologist Licensure Examination was from September 11, 2026 to November 10, 2026.

- RTLE Examination Date: December 10 & 11, 2026

Requirement for Filing the Application
To apply for the Radiologic Technologist Licensure Examination (RTLE), make sure you have the following:
BS RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGY:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
- TOR with CHED Special Order Number (except for Autonomous and Deregulated HEIs, State Colleges and Universities, PAASCU/PACUCUA Accredited Programs) and scanned picture and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes” (First Timers and Repeaters)
- One (1) Certificate of Good Moral Character from any of the following:
- Barangay
- Church
- School
- Employer
- Removal Examination shall be taken immediately on the next examination
- Payment:
- P900.00 – complete
P450.00 – removal / conditioned
- P900.00 – complete
For those Licensed X-ray who finished BS Rad Tech:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
- TOR (for BS in Radiologic Technology) with CHED Special Order Number (except for Autonomous and Deregulated HEIs, State Colleges and Universities, PAASCU/PACUCUA Accredited Programs) and scanned picture and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes” (First Timers and Repeaters);
- Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR), valid Professional Identification Card (PIC), and Board Rating as X-ray Technologist
- One (1) Certificate of Good Moral Character from any of the following:
- Barangay
- Church
- School
- Employer
- Only Registered X-ray Technologists who passed the PRC X-ray Technology Licensure Examination shall qualify.
- Payment
- P900.00 – complete
- P450.00 – removal / conditioned

Step 1: Make Sure You’re Ready to Apply
Before you start applying, check if you meet these basic qualifications:

- ✅ You hold a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology
- ✅ You have all the required documents ready (see Step 2!)
- ✅ The application schedule for the RTLE is open ( visit the application schedule above!)

Step 2: Prepare These Documents and Requirements
Time to gather your documents! You’ll need both digital copies (for online upload) and printed copies (for PRC submission).
For All Applicants:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology diploma or certificate
- PSA Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants)
- Transcript of Records (TOR) with your photo and the remark: “For Board Examination Purposes”
- Valid NBI Clearance (for both first-time takers and repeaters)
- Payment: ₱900.00 (complete)
Also make sure your payment method (GCash, Maya, etc.) has enough balance — the PRC online system charges a ₱20 service fee for digital payments.
Step 3: Create or Log In to Your PRC LERIS Account
Go to the official PRC online portal:

Step 4: Apply for the RTLE Online
