The latest application period for the Respiratory Therapist Licensure Examination (RTLE) was from November 11, 2025, to January 12, 2026.

• RTLE Opening of Application: November 11, 2025
• RTLE Deadline of Application: January 12, 2026

Following the important schedule are the exam date and the target release of results:

• RTLE Examination Date: February 09 & 10, 2026
• RTLE Target Release of Result: February 13, 2026

Requirement for Filing the Application

Below are the official requirements you need to prepare for your respiratory therapist board exam application.

1. PSA Birth Certificate
2. PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
3. TOR with scanned picture and remarks “For Board Examination Purposes”
4. Valid NBI Clearance (First Timers and Repeaters)
5. Certification of ten (10) months of internship equivalent to a minimum of one thousand five hundred (1,500) hours of Respiratory Therapy clinical internship under the supervision of a duly qualified and Registered Respiratory Therapist.
6. Three (3) Certificates of Good Moral Character from any of the following and duly signed by the issuing authority and duly notarized under oath:
   • Barangay
   • Church
   • School
   • Employer
   • CAV for those schools without an SO number
7. Payment: P900.00 – complete

Step 1: Make Sure You’re Qualified

Before starting, check if you’re eligible to apply:

• ✅ You’re a Filipino citizen
• ✅ You hold a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy
• ✅ You have all the required documents (see Step 2!)
• ✅ The RTLE application is open (check the schedule application above!)

Step 2: Prepare These Documents and Requirements

Get your documents ready—both scanned (for online upload) and printed (for PRC submission).

Here’s what you need:

1. PSA Birth Certificate
2. Transcript of Records (TOR) with a scanned picture and the remark: “For Board Examination Purposes”
3. Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants)
4. Valid NBI Clearance (for both first-time takers and repeaters)
5. Application Fee: ₱900

Step 3: Create or Log In to Your PRC LERIS Account

Go to the official PRC online portal: https://online.prc.gov.ph
