Schedule of Application
The latest application period for the Pharmacist Licensure Examination (PhLE) was from January 16, 2026, to March 20, 2026.
- PhLE Opening of Application: January 16, 2026
- PhLE Deadline of Application: March 20, 2026
Following with the Important schedule which are the next batch Exam Date and Target release of result:
- PhLE Examination Date: April 18 & 19, 2026
- PhLE Target Release of Result: April 22, 2026

Requirement for Filing the Application
Below are the official requirements needed, make sure to prepare for the Pharmacist Board Exam. Make sure to complete everything to avoid delays and common mistakes.
- PSA Birth Certificate
- PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
- Certified true copy of the (TOR) in B. S. Pharmacy or its equivalent degree conferred by an Higher Education Institution (HEI) in the Philippines or an institution of learning in a foreign country duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED)
- Valid NBI Clearance (First Timers and Repeaters)
- One (1) Certificate of Good Moral Character from any of the following:
- Barangay
- Church
- School of Pharmacy
- Employer
- Certificate of Completion of the internship program duly signed by the dean/program head.
- Certificate of completion of refresher program duly signed by the dean/program head of the school, after three (3) failures on the examination; and such other documents as may be reasonably required by the Board.
- Payment: P900.00 – complete

How to Apply for the Pharmacist Board Exam
Ready to take the 2026 Pharmacist Licensure Exam? Great! Just follow this simple step-by-step guide to make your application smooth and stress-free:
Step 1: Make Sure You’re Ready to Apply
Before you start the application, check if you meet the qualifications:
- ✅ You’re a Filipino citizen
- ✅ You’ve completed a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- ✅ You’ve gathered all the required documents (see Step 2!)
- ✅ The PLE application schedule is already open (check the schedule application above!)
If you said YES to all, you’re good to go!
Step 2: Prepare These Documents and Requirements
Gather both digital copies (for online upload) and printed copies (for PRC submission).
For All Applicants:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Transcript of Records (TOR) with a scanned picture and the remark: “For Board Examination Purposes”
- Valid NBI Clearance (for first-time takers and repeaters)
- Payment: ₱900.00 (complete fee)
- For Married Female Applicants
- PSA Marriage Certificate
📌Tips: Make sure your payment app (GCash, Maya, etc.) has enough balance. A small extra fee (₱20) may apply for digital payments.
Step 3: Create or Log In to Your PRC LERIS Account
Go to the PRC online portal:

- Already have one? Just log in

Step 4: Apply for the PLE Online
Once logged in:
- Click “Examination”
