Schedule of Application
The latest application period for the Physical Therapist Licensure Examination (PTLE) was from September 04, 2026, to November 04, 2026.

Following the important schedule are the exam date and the target release of results:
- PTLE Examination Date: December 05 & 06, 2026

Requirement for Filing the Application

- PSA Birth Certificate
- PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
- TOR with scanned picture and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes“
- Certificate of nine (9) months internship signed by the Dean and Registrar with school seal
Certificate of Completion of Refresher Course shall be submitted in case of three (3) failures in the licensure examination.

How to Apply for the Physical Therapist Board Exam

Step 1: Make Sure You’re Qualified
Before starting, check if you’re eligible to apply:

Step 2: Prepare These Documents and Requirements
Get your documents ready — both scanned (for online upload) and printed (for PRC submission).
You’ll need:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Transcript of Records (TOR) with a scanned picture and the remark: “For Board Examination Purposes”
- Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants)
- Valid NBI Clearance (for both first-time takers and repeaters)
- Application Fee: ₱900
Make sure your e-wallet (GCash, Maya, etc.) or bank account has enough balance to cover the fees.
Step 3: Create or Log In to Your PRC LERIS Account
